ouuuccch!!!

maeve had her 2nd jaby today and surprisingly, she only whimpered a little, very brave girl...but! the look of utter disappointment she shot me at being betrayed by her own mother (how could you who love me let them jab me??!!) was heartbreaking. we waited for a long while (very crowded)and the poor dear couldn't get to sleep. finally now sleeping sweetly in my sling.
